If you want to simulate the "two diodes in one direction and one in the other" configuration set the Bias to either 0.33 or -0.33.
I'm like...barely following along but basically there's no "set" bias number that equates to the pedals symmetrical/asymmetrical switch bc the actual pedal is changing the number of/how the diodes interact and the model can only simulate the biasing that occurs because of these switches?

I'm not sure about the pedal but I can tell you that in Class A/B the even harmonics are cancelling out. And in A they're there.I checked, and the manual refers to the biasing in terms of odd and even harmonics. I have a feeling that reflects the way that Cliff thinks about these things because I think piling on harmonics is a way of creating wave shapes that look clipped. There's a chance that is how he programming this stuff with the DSP hardware (that's just a wild guess), so that might be how he explains it. But most people would find the explanation slightly obscure.
But use your ears. We're not limited to quantized values in our virtual world here. Try 0.5, or 0.2387, or 1/e.
1/e? Oh come on Cliff. That sounds irrational!
That's a bummer.. Maybe you could get into some alternate tunings and do some slide?Super glad to see new firmware.Super bummed I broke my left arm Monday and can't even lift my 4u rack to set up my AFX (let alone play the guitar for the next month or two).
Nonetheless, many thanks to Cliff and the rest of the Fractal team!
Have you refreshed Axe Edit (settings menu).Hello guys, Cliff,
In my Fractal Edit does not show the pedal "Timothy", just on the screen of the rack. Somebody else ? Did I do something wrong? Any tips?

So are we good or are there memory capacit or other bugs? I got a bit confused by those posts.
For the first time, I would use caution especially if you have an XL+..i just submitted a support ticket for almost constant freezes and timeouts, there is another thread concerning it, I know at least @stink has also reached out to support, he claims that rolling back to the beta cures it, which I just tried (so far so good)...Yeah, I saw another thread last night that was worrisome, so I'm personally sticking with the Beta version until a problem is acknowledged and fixed, or refuted, or there doesn't seem to be a problem after all.
