I think turning on spillover will allow the repeats to carry over after you switch.I'd love to have the Input Gain on the Delay able to be assigned to XY, or to different scenes, and not just global for the delay. Or if anyone can figure out a way to turn the delay off and have repeats continue, that would be wonderful.
How about a generic clean amplifier (or mic preamp model) to use with acoustic... It'd be nice to have access to tone stack and level controls on the front panel controls.rather than using an EQ and/or Filter to make up the gain required to amplify a source without an amp model.

Run the delay in parallel and set the thru mode to mute fx in.
Try the Tube Pre model.
it doesn't have the hardware to support USB Audio. so it can't simply be added with a FW update. How much of the price difference between the AX8 and Axe Fx II XL+ do you suppose is because the AX8 does not have a USB audio capabilities? Enough that would be an unreasonable wish?
reduce the Drive, compensate by raising the Level in the Amp block.I'll give that one a shot again.. seemed like it had a bit of grit to it and I moved along... I'll give it another listen

A second instance of compressor - certain presets could use one at the beginning and end of chain.
