Wish Automatic download of block definitions

Dear Axe-Edit,

When I've loaded new firmware, you tell me you need to download the block definitions, and then you wait for me to respond. How about you notify me, and then download the blocks without waiting? You know you're gonna do it anyway.

I think this approach is to the keep the "what is taking so long for this to load" crowd happy.
Remember when it used to download all presets to the cache on older versions and you had to wait.. ??
Think I prefer the choice... even if you know that the block definitions are going to be updated.

But the only choice you get is "Okay." The notification is already there. Why not just start the download?
