Anyone knows what rack being used in this video?

You should consider this

The Axe II is deeper than the Ultra/Standard.

Personally I would not use the effect-rack but the
Forsterker-rack

2U forsterkerrack

This way you dont have to remove cables when you put on the lids.

OK, but i don`t mind removing the cables. I want it as small as possible. But you`re not sure wether it`s deep enough then

Wallimann is a super nice dude, you should just ask him. I posted the link to your question in his video.

"Enough" is up to you to define...

As per specification of the effect rack, the II will probably fit when lids are on. But it will stick out at the back when lids are off (at front too, but that ain´t too much of a problem as you got those handle bars for your safety). However with the back... well if you happen to knock the rack down with your cables in, you´ll either break the jacks/PCB of your II and/or connectors/cables. In worst case scenario: both.
With the amp rack, you´ll be safe in this regard. Our suggestions are: do yourself a favor not cutting the costs of the rack, just because you want the smallest one. Those extra cm/inch you´re saving now will end up being very expensive ones later when the accident occur. Note that I wrote when... not if.

Remember: If it CAN go wrong, sooner or later it WILL go wrong...

You may be sure that you´ll never gonna knock it down, but can you say the same for each and everyone that you might happen to have around...?

No pun intended and good luck!

/Mike
