Any great Zilla Cab IR's out there?

Hah, nothing. I just have to figure out how to do it properly so they don't suck, never made an IR before!

It's pretty simple. The only tricky part is placing the mic right. I'd either shoot a bunch of IRs with the mic placed at different points over the speaker, or first record some playing while moving the mic around, listen back to the recording, and choose the best sounding points, then shoot the IRs.

I used a powered mixer with a monitor send to do mine. Axe -> channel 1 on mixer -> powered output hooked up to speaker cab. Mic in front of cab -> channel 2 on mixer (no volume to mains!!! will create a feedback loop!) sent to Aux/non-powered monitor out -> Axe return.
 
I have one that was down loaded from this forum a month or two ago, it is a H 75 unidyne, I don't remember who put it on the forum. I cant seem to put any more attachments on this forum, could email it I guess.
