Wish Allow MIDI control of the Control Switches

When you're using a controller other than the FM6/12, it would be nice if we could control the Control Switches through MIDI.
Like for the AustinBuddy-packs for instance. He's using CS2-6 in his presets and without the FM's, one would have to go through about 300 presets and change the controllers.

Apparently for RJM users, adding it to the third arty MIDI specs would also help.
