Upgrade All Presets utility

I have an FM3 and FM9. When I got the latest beta update for FM3, I used "Upgrade All Presets" in the Setup > Utilities menu. When I installed the latest firmware on FM9, I wanted to do the same, but didn't find it on FM9. Does it mean that everything is already upgraded?

Pitch block is undesirably delayed

When my pitch block is enabled for example in octaver mode, I hear the distinct attack delay of the pitched sound. First I hear the guitars pitch and then after 50-100ms I start to hear the pitched sound. So they don’t start at the same time. Is it normal or I just forgot some knob to turn?

How would you set up a noise gate?

How would you turn the knobs to have a noise gate for the high gain amp that is not noticeable that much on decay and attack, but would allow you to carefully release fingers from the strings and it would be quiet? Also which gate it would be? Just input gate or a separate gate block? Which type?
