How to change preset via MIDI by 1 step??

Hello~ I recently use FX II Mk II and controls it via MIDI captain or Morningstar MC6. I haven't found how to change preset by 1step down/up... In the manual, it seems only direct PC message can call a preset. I want to change pressets by 1step up/down or several steps too. (long press etc.)...

Nektar pacer MIDI controller not working with Axe-Fx 2

Yngwie Malmsteen - 'Vivace'
