Why 2 "block" limitation ?

for exemple why 2 block drive only ? let's say i want for exemple a "overdrive/dist" patch where i would have 5 overdrive different (like in a real worl) , 2 ts808, 1 pro co rat, one fuzz, and another one. i would turn them on/off with my fc200 . that would be great for exemple. as it's about...

did someone compared : DM4 line6 ,BOSS OD20 and axe fx drive

Now that the drive have been again improved , did someone tried to compare them with DM4 drive emulation (line 6 distortion modeller) ? did someone tried use axe fx the same way (block drive in a clean channel of an amp) ? just curious ...

question for cliff about routing.

hi i have a question :-) as axe fx is all digital is it usefull to put let's say reverb or delay in parallel in the chain ? we often do this because in real world the direct signal who goes in effect unit suck the tone so it's better in parallel. but here if i have let's say AMP - REVERB -...

Overdrive/distortion : amp or pedal (drive block) ?

as there are different "school" about distorted sound, i'm a bit curious about this. i know some always prefer make their dirty sound by the amp himself ,but, i also noticed that like andy summers , scott henderson etc like to take a clean amp and make their distortion only via pedal.in this...

IT WORKS !! you can have 2 effect loop in the axe-fx !

i don't have my axe-fx at home so i don't know if this would work, but that would be cool , because it would give us 2 effect loop, 1 mono, one stereo (stereo here means send mono/return stereo): let's says we want to put a distortion pedal in loop mono, and stereo delay effect in loop 2 in...

1st day with the axe ultra

so.... i plugged my guitar and start playing with the presets ....i was really impressed by the "effets" , not so much by the sound, still a little "digital" feel in my hand... so i tried to make some patchs , copy some sound i wanted (robben ford, landau, and van halen) wow this axe can do...
