Nop... The MidiGrande devices can send up to 8 midi commands for each footswitch on 2 layers... so you can control a lot of midi functions with just 1 footswitch... (Program Changes, Control Changes, etc,) ;-)

A good tip to take advantage of the "Enhance" block!

For those trying that... you can try this settings on the Enhance block: - Width - 62.5% - Depth - 68% - Low Cut - 40Hz - High Cut - 18000Hz - Level - 0 db I got a full and open sound with this settings... I hope it hepls! ;-)

Hi! Thanks for the input! May be it's me or my settings... I used the Enhance in series for some months and I have to say that even placed in series you can get some phasing issues with some settings... So I tried placing the Enhance in paralel and may be are my preset settings but it sounds...

It could happens if the settings in the Low Cut and Hi Cut parameters are to limited... try setting the Low Cut at 30Hz and the Hi Cut to 18000... or may be full open Low Cut 20Hz and Hi Cut 20000Hz and adjust to taste... It works for me... and with the Deep control you can set how much the...

Ok! Now I understand your comment... I'm not getting more volume just in one side... I have the same volume in both L-R channels... I don't hear pashing issues... And for me the parallel connection of the Enhance block sounds a lot better than series... Just try it! ;-)

Hi! Mmm... may be because this kind of "lead tone" is very comfortable to play with... in the video I'm using 2 lead tones... one with a Fuchs Amp (Dumble sound) and other with a FAS Crunch (Marshall sound)... of course I agree that there are a lot of lead tones that we can get with the Amp...

Yes, you are right... and also the volume level from low to high hitting the strings too... in the analog overdrives the headroom from low to high is wider, smoother and more gradual... The digital emulation of the AXE are more compressed, in sound and response... ;-) But even the drive...

Hardware IR Loader?

The Logidy EPSi is a great IR loader... $200 bucks... Before I got my AXE FX II, I was using the EPSi with preamps like the Tech 21 Blonde Deluxe or the T-Rex SpinDoctor 2 with amazing results... I have some videos in my Youtube channel that I recorded with this gear... ;-) Another IR loader...

Using the axe fx live - tips for the sound guy

I have 2 weeks and 2 live shows with my AXE FXII... when I was setting up my presets I connected my AXE through the two XLR outputs to my audio interface and I realized that setting the output level control at 50% was good, it was giving a similar amount of signal just as the previous guitar...
