Yeah I’ve watched a number of his videos and have picked up a lot from them (Including this one). The approach he uses leveraging the channels has been a particularly useful approach for what I’m doing.

I can’t use Out 1 - for two reasons - my power amp does not have an xlr input, and I currently have output 1 going to studio monitors. I did but will go over chapter 7 again. The preset leveling tool is helpful when adjusting scene levels (at least it helps me) but preset to preset isn’t as easy.

I have noticed it greatly varies by delay type. The one that sounds pretty good to me is the Stereo BBD. Ya know, getting this into a band situation is where I really need to go next. Won't happen until later in August now, unfortunately.

Any absolute 1st timers?

I'll let ya know how it goes tomorrow - my FM3 arrived yesterday - first time I've bought anything from Fractal. I have had mostly Line 6 gear (POD, POD XT, HD500, Helix). I haven't taken the FM3 out of the box yet, and probably won't until tomorrow - it's summer, I'm getting outside!
