No sound using FM3 into Return of Mesa Fillmore - "never mind...lol"

Hi All, I couldn't find this exact problem - I decided to try running my FM3 into my Mesa to use the amp as a power amp/cab. I get no sound from Output 2 into the FX Return of the amp. The return works with, for example, a pedal. So, I am guessing I have something misconfigured...could someone please enlighten me regarding this config?

Thanks

Are you using an "Out 1" block rather than an "Out 2" block by chance? (I know I've done that.)

By the way, how do you like the Fillmore? I was considering that amp for a while over the summer but never ended up trying one.

ok, so, yeah...user error...working fine now...LOL. I admit I'm still sort of a novice with the FM3. Sorry for not trying everything before posting! It does sound a bit too bright so I guess I need to play around with settings some more.

Regarding the Fillmore - I got about a year ago. Covid 2020 boredom purchase lol...and, I've pretty much used it exclusively for our gigs and rehearsals since then. I got the Fillmore 25 combo btw.

We have played a bunch of small venues since last winter and two outdoor gigs this summer. It worked well in both scenarios. It's pretty loud, and the cleans are really decent. It doesn't sound exactly like my Accomplice (similar to Deluxe Reverb). What I really like is the Drive setting. I have channel one set up clean, and channel two set up on the drive setting. I could totally live without a pedal for OD with this amp. I get some really good crunchy rhythm. I'm pretty happy with it. It's light, small, and sounds pretty big.

I have been toying with trying a different speaker, although I'm not sure I need to. Some guys really like the Alnico Cream in this amp apparently.
