Forgive a beginner question but I'm curious about something.. I tried running the HBE's master volume at 7, 6, and finally kept it at 5 with my input drive between 4 & 5. It just seemed to compress a lot. I wasn't really getting the squish the OP was talking about. Could I have missed something?

Help! Since FW 15.06 upgrade scene default has changed.

I just did a restore to factory default, but it's still a mystery on what changed. So, problem fixed after I reprogrammed the MFC. Thanks for all of the advice and sorry I didn't give all of the info in the first post. Was at rehearsal and kinda freaking out.

It seems something has changed between the MFC-101 and the axII.. The axe defaults to scene 1 when I change presets using the value wheel, but when I plug in the MFC the scene defaults to 5 on preset changes. What was changed?

MFC-101 MKII reveal button intermittent??

Well, while I was at rehearsal I had a BIG D'OH moment! I hadn't reset the amps after last FW update. I'm still new to the Fractal world. But, like I said I'm mostly using this for live. I didn't know if there were any settings to bump for live use.

Clean system question?

I need some help guys! I've had my AXE-II since FW6.XX and I about to install FW11.01. Is it a good idea to do a clean? I don't have any issues with bad sound or preformance. I'm courios because I've read a few threads about a clean. What are the pros and cons of doing a clean? Thanks S

Noob needs help with importing patches into Fw10.09!

Guys, I've looked for info on how to import patches from axe-change and I'm coming up short. There are some great patches that I want to try but I don't know how to import them. Any help that you can offer would be great! Also, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. Thanks Shawn.

How good exactly are Axe-Fx II's cleans

I think the clean sounds are great. The only thing that I find is that the clean amps compress a little, but I think that is user error. I'm using PRS single cuts with some high output humbuckers.

This is very helpful. I think I updated the patch list but not sure. I reloaded my patches then reset the amp by selecting another and then back to the original one. I have a big volume drop. What would cause this?
