Tuner Issue

I had a similar issue during FW 17 & 18 whereby If I activated the tuner with the mfc I could not turn the tuner off and at other times I received the "waiting for tuner" message. On those occasions, a reboot corrected the tuner. I haven't had that experience during FW 19. Question is: what...

Update Problems

Are you using Fractal-Bot? Since I've started the update practice by first re-booting my computer & using Fractal-Bot I haven't had any issues. Others users have needed to adjust the MIDI Buffer Delay. Fractal Audio Systems - Fractal-Bot MIDI Utility for the Axe-Fx II and MFC-101

IIRC when I purchased the first session, I was able to download all of the videos and the presets. Sign In and look. Although the presets were provided, the point of the video is to learn the system so that you can create your own. Otherwise, you will need to follow along with the video.

iTunes issue

You are saying the phone is playing from the cloud. Is the original file still on your computer? I'm assuming that is where you originally downloaded it. Whenever I download from Amazon or iTunes, I move the files elsewhere on my computer so as to avoid such issues.

The Axe-fx Mark II & XL have different file sizes. You can't use an XL preset on a Mark II. Might this be the issue? In Axe-Edit, did you identify your unit properly?

MFC-101 changing presets jumps to scenes?

Is this AC Adapter safe for MFC-101 Mark I?

Keeping in mind that the MFC is a $750 item, I wouldn't be so quick to buy a power adaptor on ebay. I would be concerned with quality, quality control & burning out the electronics on the MFC. (My son has had issues with iphone & computer adaptors purchased on ebay.) Did you contact Fractal...
