Just sent the Axe FX III driver through VirusTotal, 0 of 69 scanners found something, so maybe a false positive or already fixed...

Sure, in Axe Edit "shift+right click" on the control and select "Set in Multiple Presets". You then can select which Presets you want to apply the setting to ;)

Or like we had in the past when some parameters were changed with a new firmware that it will automatically apply the offset if you load a preset that was created with an old firmware. The "edited" light will then be active and you have to save the preset to store the change. I am sure Cliff...

If you enable the pitch shifter with shifting at 0 it will add this big latency. Don't do it as Cliff would say ;) Just bypass it or set the mix to 0.

The problem could also be unrelated to the FullRes IRs, it could also be "Improved scene switching to prevent signal “leaking” into bypassed blocks" that causes hickups with Axe edit or the rewritten cab management code. I am sure Cliff will provide a fix for this soon as he seems to work 24/7...

Wow, thanks for the awesome help! The volume block in the first preset is attached to an expression pedal, I had the volume at 0 and no sound coming from the Axe when testing and it still crashed when switching to the second one. The loud volume seems to be a result of removing lots of blocks...

Yes, Axe-Edit RC1 resets parameters in the Amp block with Firmware 12.01, I noticed this for Speaker Impedance Curve, Bass/Mid/Treble, Input Trim. Probably more parameters are affected. I recommend to close Axe-Edit and use the front panel when editing until it gets updated.

Yes, I also noticed this. Don't edit your presets in Axe Edit or front panel with Axe Edit open for now. Make sure that Axe Edit is closed when editing until it gets updated.

Ok, I did some further testing. It happens only if Axe Edit is open. It also happens if you just navigate out of the Amp block and back in Axe Edit. So it is a bug in Axe Edit, not in the Firmware.

Possibly a bug? When I change the Speaker Imp. Curve, XFormer Low and Hi Freq. in the Amp block Speaker page and save the preset it will reset to the Amp defaults when I recall the preset. I tried on front panel and Axe Edit RC1.

Well according to the manual of the LTD it should be preset 85 (HAWAIIN CRS). I checked in my old unit (Blackface Version, Firmware V1.14) and it does not have the preset (85 is PLATINUM). So it might be in the LTD versions only.

Remove cathode bypass cap?

It should be C9 in an AC30CC2 or C18 in a AC30C2 according to the info I found. My feeling is that we cannot "disable" it in the Amp settings until Cliff adds a switch for it like for the Bright Cap...
