The Owners Manual is a great resource that every Axe-Fx user should read. Great info there... But it's outdated, the change in the World Clock came in March 2015. The last revision of the manual was in June 2014.

Blinking red for Y disengaged. No block present = LED off. Block X state, present but disengaged = Red LED. Block Y state, present but disengaged = blinking Red LED. Block engaged in X state = Green LED. Block engaged in Y state = Orange LED (both red and green on).

That's what I was going to suggest. When you fire up the MFC it lights all the LEDs really fast showing a yellowish/orange-ish colour (looks orange to me) and then it starts to sequence through each LED checking the red/green state. That would solve the problem about showing what state...

All the effects in the Back-end are from the Axe-FX (delays, harmonizer, etc..). He uses different pedals in the front-end (almost all TC-Electronics this tour). I'm surprised that he came back to the TC-1210 for chorusing.

Axe-Edit will recall the correct values from the Axe-FX of some parameters. It won't change anything to your preset permanently if you don't SAVE the preset. With an outdated version of Axe-Edit there are some parameters that doesn't exist in Axe-Edit, and potentially some others that does not...

From your screenshots you're using an old version of Axe-Edit. If you want to tweak from Axe-Edit, you should download the latest version from HERE, update it, and then "Refresh after New FW" from the "Settings" drop-down menu. I would reset the amp after that and start tweaking again.

If you resize the Axe-Edit screen (dragging the bottom right corner) you get the whole app bigger, even the speaker selection, but it blurries a little. You can go back to the original size clicking on the "1:1" on the up-right corner. Great tips and videos. Keep it up!

When using effects in parallel you should put the "Mix" knob of the effect block to 100% (full wet, no dry signal coming thru) and use the "Level" knob to tweak how loud you want the effect when it's not bypassed. It's like using the "Level" knob as a "Mix" Knob. I would put the "Bypass Mode"...

At least one of the reporters is from the States so I don't know if it's a language barrier problem. I can't reproduce it on Q2.x (they stated it was working on NONE from long time ago). You can check the post here. To me is a "Not a Bug". But they should chime in here and comment.

Besides you're enjoying the sounds that comes from turning the Proximity knob with the mic set to "none", that's not how it should work. Setting the mic to "none" should disable the proximity knob (no change in sound when you turning it). So if that's happening it's definitely a bug and should...

Nope... I think what Cliff wanted to say is "To be more authentic (...)" not "To be totally accurate". It would be more authetic to put the reverb block before the amp block rather than after it. It won't be totally accurate either way because the spring reverb is between the preamp and power...

Yo utilizo dos BOSS FV-500, pero llevo tiempo pensando en cambiarlos por dos FAS EV-1. Si vas a utilizar la salida de "EXP" del pedal te da igual comprar la versión H o la L, ya que esto afecta a la impedancia del potenciómetro del pedal de volumen, no el de de expresión. El FV-500 funciona...

Maybe... It's worth to try. Uninstall Fractal-Bot, Axe-Edit and finally the drivers. Clean everything. Delete manually the Fractal Folder located under Program Files after you wiped everything and restart the computer Then install JUST the USB driver and let's see how it goes.

Ok, I have installed a fresh license of Windows 10 x64 on my new Studio PC. I've Installed latest FAS Drivers [2014.06.06] without any issues at all... I didn't need to wait the 5 minutes you needed to make the old driver to work, I've just followed the On-Screen instructions and everything...

What is the equivalent of an amp's STANDBY switch on the Axe-Fx?

The OP not wants just to mute the output but mute the input too because he's worried about clipping the input when switching guitars, so the tuner/mute is not the equivalent of a Stand-By switch in the amp. But... Don't worry about it man, you won't damage the Axe by feeding the signal with...

How to change strings to keep the guitar in tune

It helps to avoid the slippery somewhat... And you must cut the strings for the bridge anyway so that's not just to speed up the process. Almost everything posted here is in my spanish post. Sorry guys, but since the OP is spanish it was a lot faster for me to write it in spanish... And no one...

Andy timmons tone

Use a "BB-Pre" Drive block, a "Tx-Star" Amp Block, a Cab block with a nice Mesa SM57 cab IR like Mikko's CP-7 or the 2x12 Mesa Oversized from OH Justin York Collection (Timmons uses 2x12's) and two "Deluxe Mind Guy" Delay blocks. That will get you in the ball-park.
