Update problem Cab Lab

Hey I bought a new computer and wanted to install Cab Lab. I have installer version 3.1.0. I have licenses directly to Ilok. Cab Lab will start but unfortunately when I try to update I get the following error. What should I do?

The battery is holding very well, there are no clearances. I put a video with a visible probelm. I detached the USB and midi cables from the foot controler. G66 did not write back yet ...

Yes, everything I set in the MIDI / Remote tab is reset after restarting Axe. For example, I set Scenes - 34 and Input Volume - 9 and after turning it off / on everything changed to NONE.

I replaced the batteries, it had 0.22V. I set up a new, obviously efficient but unfortunately the problem did not solve. Further settings are lost after restarting Axe. I wrote to G66 asking for help.

Easy gentlemen :) I deal with electronics so battery replacement is not a problem. Unless Clif's boss, by this inconvenience, wants to reward me with the new FC-12 :D

I have a problem, I set the midi Scene parameter to 34. When I turn the Axe off and on again, this parameter is set to NONE. Do I do something wrong?

Witajcie Od niedawna mam wersje Ultra, generalnie przepiękny to wynalazek. Działacie już z interfejsami midi? Jeśli tak to jakimi się łączycie z Axe Edit? Działam na PC i chciałbym kupić już coś sprawdzonego bo wiadomo ze Axe rożnie działa z rożnymi interfejsami dlatego stawiam na sprawdzony :)...
