Power amps sims off with cab sims on

It is possible to have both at the same time (output 1 with cab and/or power amp sims ON, and output 2 with the sims turned OFF). You have to create a patch with two amps at once. It would look like this... Amp1 (set Sag to zero)->Cab1 (optional)->Effects (optional)->Effects Loop-> Any Effect...

Anyone convert from a Standard to a Ultra?

I've had my Standard less than a year and absolutely love it! With that said, if I could make my purchase again, I would go with the Ultra. I only use my Axe for bedroom playing and recording (I play 2 - 4 hours daily). Most of my patches only use one amp and a couple of effects (at most) so...

I should also clarify that I did not add a delay or reverb block to either rig. The cpu numbers were based on the settings listed in the two rigs in your post.

I just created a quick patch using the above settings. The patch used 90% cpu on my Axe Standard using Mono LoRes cabs. With one LoRes and one HiRes, cpu usage was at 97% My Axe was not able to run this setup with two HiRes cabs. I also tried running it with two Redwirez cabs in HiRes...

Any issues with UPS for AxeFx deliveries?

Output Clipping issues

I've had similar issues with mine. Try this... press the Global button and lower the Out1 and Out2 gain levels by 6.0db. This took care of all but a few of the patches I've created or auditioned from AxeEdit. Hopefully this helps!

Transformer Match = B+ Capacitance?

That is interesting - I am actually quite glad I posted this topic now. I was just playing with both parameters and noticed that increasing the HF Resonance makes an even greater difference than increasing the LF. Thanks for the info!

This may be a bonehead question but how do you blend multiple mic positions together? I have a couple of Redwirez IRs, but have only used Axe Edit to load them (one at a time) into my Axe. I am pretty new to all of this so I would really appreciate your help!
