The bolts are M3.5 x 20mm socket head bolts and the discs are M4 x 25mm flat repair washers. I've stacked 3 washers underneath each bolt so the bolts don't go too deep into the FM9 but go deep enough for a secure hold.

...may need to remove those in order to use the mounting plates. For the FM9 I followed the suggestions earlier in this thread of ordering some M3.5 bolts. Either the 16mm or 20mm length will work, there are some links earlier in this thread. I used some 3/16 by 1 inch fender washers for the...

Hate to promote China, but whatever. Jeff B is rich enough too and in Europe they don't have these on Amazon. $1 for 10. Check M3.5 and 6mm. Or 8. Mouser and Farnell charge $20 for shipping alone over here. Shipping from China is free. Go figure. https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005004205195130.html

20mm is more than really needed. I used 16mm (recommended) and was more than long enough.

I re-used the original screws for my FAS pedals and just didn't use the rubber feet. I was only able to get 2 screws per pedal to match up to the Temple but they stay put just fine.

A #4 thin aluminum washer works best. Your local hardware store will have these. The M3.5 x 0.6 16mms they likely will not. Amazon for those. Cheers.

FM9 is screwed through the board: https://forum.fractalaudio.com/search/1350869/?q=M3.5&t=post&c%5Bthread%5D=176163&o=date My Mission pedals are screwed through as well using the rubber feet underneath the board as "washers". You may only get 2-3 of them to line up but that still works...

I believe most are using attaching them right to the board using an M3.5-.06 x ___mm screws through the board and rubber feet! This works pretty well as they function not only as a shock absorber but standoffs so the unit can breathe!

Very helpful information! So the screws on the FM9 matched with the holes in the templeboard??? I didn't even think to check if that was possible.

...To mount the FM9, the temple stuff wouldn't work so I picked up some slightly longer screws, added a washer, and replaced the ones that are there now. You can see them in one of the photos. I have extra screws if you wanted me to post some to you. The size of the screws is M3.5-0.6 x 16mm.

Yeah, but I swapped the gun screws out for what FAS recommends. The M3.5 x 0.6 16mm screws that @unix-guy said FAS works best. Here's a link for the M3.5's. They don't read 0.6 on the order page, but the listing describes them correctly.

EDIT #2: Just thought to let folks know that the correct screw size per several forum members is the M3.5 x 16mm or M3.5 x 20mm screw seen in the following amazon link...the gun screws are available from upscale building and supply stores that also...

Using longer screws thru the board and into the FM9 at the corners where the "feet" are attached works great. Use M3.5-.06x16mm screws instead of the factory ones which are not long enough. You'll also need small washers to prevent the arep heads from going thru the board.
