What's a good solution for converting from 48KHz to 44.1KHz?

Installing a pickup is very simple. You were probably messed up before because you were going from actives to passives, which requires a new set of volume/tone pots to accommodate the different output. Anyway you can probably walk into a guitar tech place and ask for same-day or next-day...
