    He is playing full chords and you are playing power chords (less high end), that`s the difference that I hear.

    Just to rule it out, check your instrument cable, I was having the same problem and it turns out to be my cable,it was shorting and sucking all the high end of my tone. Check just in case.

    I know it's been asked-but AX8-

    I just wish it would be as powerful as the rack axe fx, I have patches with 91% CPU that would probably not work on the AX8; I would replace my rack rig for the AX8 if it was equally as powerful.
