I want to use this live. Thinking guitar -> input 1. 2 mics -> input 2 through pre amp. Keys -> input 3. I don't use a lot of presents so no problem add the other lines. The keyboard will just be a straight line and vocals just adding reverb. These means I don't need a mixer. Could...

Currently I have an AX8 running through a digital mixer. I only have one guitar, one microphone and one keyboard going through the mixer. Could I use the AxeFx 3 for all? Could I put the microphone into one input, guitar into another and keys into a third bypassing the need for the mixer? Could...

Is it safe to plug the AX8 into a wall outlet?

I go through a nice power strip, but always unplug it from the wall when I am not using it. We get some serious lightning in South Carolina.

My question was sincere. I have had my AX8 since it's debut and I have only had to enter the settings area a handful of times. I can't imagine buying a separate foot controller to control my foot controller just to have easy access to something I never access. I sincerely am curious why...
