PEQ Block settings for Klon D0 T5 L10

Yes, I love the Klon Block.....but for for my live preset I need to save a little CPU and use a PEQ instead of drive (and PLEX Delay instead of reverb etc) I see that Yek has a FET Boost Klon type hack.....The FET boost uses less CPU than some of the other boosts....

So my solution was to split one of the cables that comes with the Widi Jack put a 220 R resistor on both Pin 4 and Pin 5. Then I put the whole lot into a little switch that I stole of some Christmas lights. Now I can turn on and off the Widi without having to unplug the MIDI socket every time.

I like this idea. I have a WIDI JACK heating up when powered from my FM3 MIDI OUT....so the cable hack with 220 Ohm resistor is the solution I'm considering.

I might be a little biased here because I own 2 actual rivera amps (a KR-7 Mick Thompson and an early nineties Knucklehead K100). I'm not particularly into the slipknot sound but both the amps sound wonderful clean (fender side) and pushed (Marshall side)......and yes, I'm going to say...

Optima gold plated strings

I used them for quite a while and I really liked the tone. They had that played in feel after a week that just lasted for a month (as opposed to feeling flat after an other week). I prefer the D'addario EXP or NYXL strings now as they last even longer and really seem to suit any guitar I put...
