It's indeed spot on, as you say, though it begs the question of whether 8.00 might be a more natural default point.
 
Who says that 8.00 is "correct"? It may be the same as 10.09, but why have that additional control if you just put it back to where it used to be?

Y'know, I've thought since the original AxeFx Std that the display was quite a throwback. Looks like something from the 80s. When you see what they put on phones, of all things, you'd think the most advanced piece of musical gear extant would have something a little more up-to-date. You'd be able to display so much more information so much more clearly.

Sure, with raising the cost of the unit. How about a screen that does the job and have a fancy editor for you computer. duh!

You got stuck in the '90s. 2010s is about controlling units with editors from computers and tablets
