I've instructed support to replace your unit with a new one. You shouldn't have to tolerate this level of incompetence.
Very much appreciated Cliff. Thank you VERY much!I've instructed support to replace your unit with a new one. You shouldn't have to tolerate this level of incompetence.
Damn straight! I have NEVER seen this level of support ANYWHERE else.Whoa. How many times have you seen a CEO step in and deliver satisfaction on this level?
Here’s a man who stands behind his products – but that’s no surprise, it’s the way Cliff’s always been.
It’s still remarkable, and appreciated.
Actually, I've seen it before.....from Cliff himself!Whoa. How many times have you seen a CEO step in and deliver satisfaction on this level?

Yeah. Sounded like he actually did explore the possibility of it not being plugged in right, but it's hard to do that remotely.I feel bad for Kevin though!

And I've said it before....Fractal support is second to none.
Correct. The first thing he had me do when I reported the problem is have me unplug the board to see if it did the same blinking thing. When it did he felt it was the "DAC", whatever that is (Digital to Audio Converter?) but needed the unit in front of him to tell.Yeah. Sounded like he actually did explore the possibility of it not being plugged in right, but it's hard to do that remotely.
