I don't see any patch notes for the issue where the system would freeze and emit a noise and need to be reset people were getting with 12.08. I've been holding up upgrading for that reason, has it been addressed in 12.09?

I believe someone mention extra scenes in the FM3 presets. Would think they would be in these as well.
