How do you manage adv parameters when resetting amp block?

So I just upgraded to V12 and I'm anxious to apply the new modeling stuff to my existing patches.... but I've spent a lot of time tweaking certain parameters... I don't even know which ones exactly.... when I change the amp type, then change back so as to reset the amp block, how do you guys...

Switching to Scene 1 does not allow delay spillover?

would like to load a "blank" user cab to help organize my slots

In my anal OCD ways, I want to re-organize all my user cab slots (can you tell I just got both OH packs??) Anyways, one thing I like to do is use like "10" slots for a certain type of IR even if I only have 7 of those at the moment, and therefore leaving 3 "blank" slots for future use etc...

Struggling with "warmth" on mild gain sounds

Using Expression Pedal to control global output volume - can't get full volume

X/Y Function works with MFC, but presets without X/Y default to "Y"

Not sure if this should be in the MFC forum or not, but anyways.... I changed the function of one of my IA switches to be general midi. I went to I/O and found the Amp X/Y control and programmed it by hitting "enter" then the IA switch on my MFC. With the preset I have an X/Y amp it works...
