Man. It's beautiful. I've waited all day. I haven't plugged it in yet. It'll take a minute for me to put it in the rack and get sounds. I'll have to back up the Ultra and put it aside; take pictures and put it on craigslist/eBay. But damn.

Will the Ultra presets (mine) from the Axe-Edit load the same, sound approximately the same?
 
No, they will not load into your II. You can do it by hand though. Opening two instances of axe-edit and manually copying over the parameters one by one. They will not sound exactly alike either. Do a search, this has been discussed many times.

Congrats to you! I've had my AxeII for just over 1 week now and it is so far exceeding my every expectation.
