xy Problems

Fractal Your FX-8 is a fail. Nothing but grief.
Try to get passed the little bugs but to tell you the truth this unit drives me nuts
I just want to play guitar but I every time I step on it I wonder is it going to work.
Cant have that, back to stomp boxes for me.

Good luck to all that keep this, it has cause me way to much grief.
Playing a show Wednesday and the damn thing ruined my effects change for the last time.

I understand your frustration. But before you bail out, maybe it's time to finally open a support ticket. :)
 
Support ticket opened. But I saw no relief for anyone with this problem.

Don't seem like fractal knows the problem either.

I am sure they tried to help and they are a great company.
But this unit is causing to much problems.

What is your ticket number? I am personally addressing this issue.
 
This issue has been addressed in the forth-coming maintenance release.
 
All I say is that Fractal has awesome support.
Bunch of great people.
Thanks so much Joe for all your help we can now put this issue to sleep.
Fractal is running awesome.
