XLR Connector for FASLINK 2?

Now that I have my Axe-FX III I'll need to rework my venerable Vafam patch panel to accept one of the FC foot controllers. So, out with the Ethercon connector for the MFC-101 and in with the...the...XLR? Is FASLINK 2 still using a standard XLR connector? If I had to bet money, I would say yes but thought I'd check before ordering a connector.

standard XLR. but it doesn't work with the MFC-101. hence, FASLINK 2. the user manual is a good place to check for this sort of info:
