will the Axe-FX control a Randall MTS preamp via midi

Can the Axe-FX change the channels on a 4channel midi preamp....also using the rocktron all access controll. New to all this and want to make sure it will work before buying the MTS.
Also just want to use the MTS on some presets not all so can it use an external preamp on a preset basis? Please help.

The Axe-fx will not change setting on the mts, but the all access can change both
