Who is the "Fractal equivalent" in electric guitars in terms of customer service and world class products?

Dpoirier

Fractal Fanatic
I've been using fractal forever - since the days I had to be on a waitlist to get my very first (Ultra), after following Cliff from the very first few months of the original Axe-fx. Their level of commitment to customer satisfaction remains unmatched, in addition to offering (in my humble opinion) the absolute best product, always on the very forefront of the industry. They deserve an Olympic gold medal.

Who would you grant an Olympic gold medal to for electric guitars? By that I mean the best quality, features, sound, and customer service?

My submission? Aristides. Just got mine, and the quality blows away everything I've seen before, the tone is unbelievable, customer service is immediate, complete, bend-over-backwards to please you. Just stellar.

What's your nomination?

+1 on Aristides. I was really impressed with the build quality as well. I got my H/06 used so I had a lot of questions before I got it and Customer Support was very responsive.

Aristides

Even if you remove the instrument quality from the equation - In my 30 years of buying I haven't run into a company that is on top of their customer service/support as they are.

Aristides is my next planned guitar.

For me it's Mayones, they're absolutely killer guitars and great customer support.
I had a Suhr too, which was great, but Mayones just drove me to sell it and get my third Mayo.

+1 for Aristides. Pascal personally answered all my questions and I got pics of my guitar during the build process. After the sale, I wasn’t clear on the string guages used because I generally use a custom Stringjoy set for drop c. During the build they recommended a similar D’addario set. I assumed they were just going to use a standard off the shelf D’adddario drop c set but when I miked out the strings, I realized they used guages close to the custom set I had mentioned. Pretty outrageous attention to detail IMO how the setup person read the customer notes for my build and decided to lace up custom string guages for me.IMG_1269.jpeg
