Where to Put Hi/Low Pass Filters in a Bass Preset...?

I was wondering where the best place to put a Hi and/or Low pass filter on a Bass Preset - I came up with a good sounding preset but it was a little boomy coming through FOH with the Subs,..

Is it better to put it at the end of the signal chain (After cab block & FX?)... ?

How about using the Hi Cut and Lo Cut on the Cab block? Those are LP/HP filters with an adjustable slope, and they're already in your preset.
