Spence, your problem description fits exactly the issue I was having with my FBT.
It became worse over time.

Mine is okay now, repaired under guarantee at Thomann (Germany).

:? It looks like FBT needs to get together with B&C to find out whats going on. I thought that FBT supposedly had safeties in place to protect the drivers on the Verve series .

Hmmm, might have to send mine back for a check-up. Was you problem the same as gendefect's?
