Cliff's "tweeter squeal" diagnosis was referring to the clip Fabio KGT posted later in the thread.

The clip you posted in the OP still sounds like it's your noise gate kicking in too slowly. Try turning off your noise gate, and see what it sounds like. I'll bet your "weird noise" turns into a constant background noise.
