I think they use FedEx, but not 100% sure.
IIRC it’s our choice whether we get overnight or standard delivery, and I think we had the choice of the carrier. It’s been a while since I ordered my gear.

Fractal is great at watching out for us so I’m sure they’ll manage the shipping options for orders with a strike.

No doubt Fractal will do everything they can.

I'm curious as to how 1) you can spend over $1700 behind your wife's back and 2) she doesn't notice. I'd be sweating bullets.
I cashed in gift cards from work for working hard last year, for about $1,400, and I have been saving my band money, which is about $125 - $350 twice each month. Not a penny out of our bank account! It isn’t about the money at all. It’s about me buying a music item. I’ll just put it where my AX8 was. She’ll never notice! Band money pays for band stuff, and what’s left over just goes into our account for other stuff.

She’s not a musician, she’s a nurse, and other than the computer and medical devices at work, she’s not technical at all. She doesn’t know what any of this stuff is for. It’s just band junk to her!

So why can’t you tell her the same thing? It still sounds like you’re being dishonest via omission. And if she ever finds out, yikes! I had this discussion with my wife years ago, and she finally got it when I told her that she had 40+ pairs of shoes that cost anywhere from $50-$100 per pair. I went into her closet, sorted them out nicely, pointed out that she had over $3,000 in shoes that I never once gave her grief about. The clincher was when I showed her 10 boxes of shoes she had never worn. She got it, and things have been great since then.

The joke's on me - she knew all about it! And since I didn't get mad at her about her dropping $400 at the darn casino with her ailing sister a few weeks ago, all is well.

My wife would never have even asked me how much my FM9T cost if there hadn't been a T-shirt and chocolates included!

She doesn't care about my purchases though. I'm transparent about money.
I’m jealous! Mine didn’t come with chocolates and neither did my original Ultra! (I skipped the generations inbetween). I keep reading about people getting chcocolates with their units from G66, but not me 🤨

(all kidding and chocolates aside, I’m happy with G66’s service!)
