Wish Virtual Capo was on the input block.....be rad

I use Pitch Block for static chorusing, instead of a Chorus Block. I also use it after my amp and cab and in Parallel. Thus why having Virtual Capo on input would be ideal.

+1. I'm new to the Fractal world, so I'm not sure if there's a particular issue preventing this from being feasible, but a Virtual Capo in the input 1 block would be a great tool to have handy (particularly as a global at-the-gig option and not per-preset).

+1

If the DSP could handle it this is a great way to free up one of the pitch blocks. Just about all my presets have a detune & whammy so I have to give up one of those if I need the virtual capo.

It also seems like the logical place for it and could be before the input block noise gate.

First to say: the virtual capo sounds great to me.

Nevertheless …

I always play with a real capo.

Works better for me.

Why ?
I don‘t like the dissonances between the guitar I feel and the sound I hear.
Find it irritating.
Must say, we always play at very low sound level. Depends on the nature of our songs / entertainment.

Is a second pitch block is out of expectations ? :innocent: FM9 here
Post in the right section. This is the Axe-Fx III section. There are two pitch blocks in the III. There are countless threads, wishes, whining, complaints, and every other conceivable variation on 2 pitch block threads in the FM3 and FM9 section.
