Here we go with the perhaps best sounding Mesa, we ever had the opportunity to shoot.

Born in 1992, this fat lady is loaded with T4335 V30s. It belongs to the lead guitarist Chris "Hochi" Hochmuth from the Austrian Hardcore Band NACA7 and has seen countless locations.
The feedback of our beta-testers forced us to release this cab now. There are several mixes in the making, which will be included to the pack as usual for the customers.MB-1992 web ad.jpg

Here comes the second absolutely perfect Mesa based cabpack by those guys. Being a long time Mesa user and endorser I can really recommend this pack, along with the previous Double Whoooper cabpack, to me they are by far the best cabpacks based on Mesa cabs. By the way, if you own both cabpacks, mixing some single irs from both packs leads to absolutely mindblowing results...

Hi,

Just purchased this pack, and it's really great!
Was wondering if you would update this pack to include the sennheiser 421 mic?

Thanks!

Hi,
thanks for purchasing the pack!
We were using the Md421 on some cabs and I have to say, that we are not too impressed about it.
We have used an old Version with the "Tuchel-Plug" and a new version, too, from time to time. IMHO (and also the opinion from our tech-Chief, who has been microphone-developer for more than 20 years now) this mike is a bit overrated and should get a capsule design overhaul :)
If you want to capture similar characteristics, but with a little more "Mojo" , use the RNR1 Ribbon IRs (Rupert Neve Designs...frakkin' expensive, but a real monster) to mix it like you would do with a MD421.
BTw....have you tried the SM7B's and the 4400's ???You should....No underdog anymore....but still unterrated.

This cab simply kick ass.
I can't stop playing it.
I must upload and share a demo soon.

Just finished a studio job with this IR. Don't be fooled by the graphics in the OP, this IR is much, much more than just a metal cab. Sure, it'll do metal like there's no tomorrow, but the job I just finished required a more rock, harmonically complex lead sound and boy did this IR deliver. So even all you NMH (Not Metal Heads) may consider giving this IR a try. And if you do, try position 2 with the 57 with a medium hot plexi sound. Whoah......
