I’ve actually noticed some minor clicks here and there. I’m on Windows though. I wasn’t sure if it’s from the system or the Axe-Fx III.Hi all,
I'm getting intermittent audio drops via USB (MacBook Air 2022 into AxeFX3). Rebooting of AxeFX3 fixes it. Anyone else experiencing this?

Do you completely lose the audio until you reboot the unit or is it just some interruptions that get resolved by itself?I was having the same issue after that update. It turned out (I think) that running over 75% cpu was causing it to lose USB audio. Once I got that down to about 70% everything started working again.
Exactly! I was trying to record and it went for maybe 5min then cut out. The only thing I could do to get it working again was reboot the Axe. I thought it was a USB issue but after some tips I reduced the CPU usage and everything started working again.Do you completely lose the audio until you reboot the unit or is it just some interruptions that get resolved by itself?
My main preset hovers around %55.0 and I was on it when this happened. So it's not related to CPU, it must be something else.Exactly! I was trying to record and it want for maybe 5min the cut out. The only thing I could do to get it working again was reboot the Axe
I've changed my USB cable and turned off USB selective suspend in Windows power settings. Will report if this happens again. There have been no changes to the USB firmware (which is a separate processor) in quite some time. Our experience is that USB problems are either cable or computer related.
