Updating with midi ox. I have no clue!

I've been wanting to update my mfc and I know how to hook it all up and I've looked at Yeks helpful post but I have no clue how to use midi ox. Is there an informative video or post I could use?

Once you have it cabled up and the MFC ready to receive follow the steps for midi Ox in the below document. It's a korg doc but explains the use of midi Ox for this purpose well.

I'm a MIDI-OX noob myself. When I run the program and configure it to talk to my Axe II, the Axe's MIDI IN light turns on solid, and MIDI-OX's monitor window shows an endless stream of sysex, all with the same value (F0 00 01 74 03 64 64 05 03 F7). Is that normal behavior?
