Updated to 11 now no midi to Axe-edit

Updated the standard using axe-edit to firmware 11, now axe-edit won't connect, says "check midi settings"....?

Worked fine before, as long as Firefox wasn't running.
 
That's interesting... when I updated to 11.00 (from 10.x), my Ultra stopped responding to my floor controller. Completely. No response to program change, continuous controller, nothing.

Unfortunately, I was in such an unpleasant condition that all my instinct of proper trouble-shooting methodology took a sidestep, and I tried a dozen different things. Eventually got it to respond to midi again, but I don't know what did it (because of the aforementioned frenzy of panic-stricken and disorganized debugging).

Not sure if this will provide you with any useful info, but here's a second data point about midi trouble following an upgrade to 11.00
 
I gave up on using midi with Axe-Edit. Some versions of the firmware and Axe-Edit worked out great for me and some versions didn't. It was a bit of a headache but I just moved on to doing it all by hand. Meh.
