just backed up my FX8 and updated to 3.01 how do i get my back up back into the FX8

Via Fractalbot. Just receive the entire system data from the FX8, then go ahead with the update. Enjoy, it's an excellent update.

You don't need to send your backup if you are updating. It's already there.
