unintended global reverb on all patches

Hey guys, I recently started using my axe II again after a few months and just updated it to FW 16. The problem is that now I get a weird global reverb when I pick. It was never there before and its getting to the point where I can't play anymore. I've tried multiple guitars with both magnetic and piezo pups so it has to be the unit. It's not an fx as it's on every patch. I've reset all parameters, but that's about it. Can anyone help figure it out?

Do you have reverb on in the CAB block?

Access the Globals and unlink them - you can blow them out across all your presets.

Is it a short echo? Did you upgrade from a firmware older than 15.0? Are you using the 4x12 Basketweave G12M25 cab? If so, I had a similar problem when I upgraded to15.0. That cab changed in 15.0 and Cliff was kind enough to post the original cab in this thread...

If that's your problem, you can grab the cab and add it to your user cabs. Good luck!
