Ugrade presets utility stuck for 4 hours - what should I do?

It's been like this for 4 hours - any recommendations as to what I should do?

Specifically - can anyone in the know tell me if it's safe to turn the unit off and on again in this state?

No, I didn't do a full backup - let's just take all the "well you should have" posts as read

Yes, you can turn it off and reboot safely. Several people have had it get stuck and had to reboot.

Cheers - rebooted, and all seems to be well.
