Tone Matching an Amp II

The source is using an isolation cabinet. My wife and cats don't appreciate the 4x12 blaring on a Saturday. I wanted to capture the real amp at gig levels.

The point is that you can match the tone. And I know the metal guys like tons of gain so I put the Drive on 10.

First off, the tone matching on that was fantastic. Second, what iso cab are you using?

That is waaay cool - they sound the same! (duh! - what else) - people are gonna have some fun with this - There may be a need for a tone matching sub forum!

I think I also heard another sound in that clip - Yep - the sound of the bar rising again!

Rivera Silent Sister. It's not terribly silent, but it's a heck of lot easier on the ears and the family. If you through a blanket over it, it helps a bit.

i hope someone makes a video for the youtubes on how to do this. i'm stoked. I have a verellen meatsmoke that is going to be tone matched for bass!
