Just running video on youtube, sampling different guitar and matching them to my js100.

Done several acoustics, nylons and a Resonator played by mark knopfler. Much fun.
 
For this reason I can definitley see adding a minimum of two Tone Matching Blocks... one for the input and one for amp/cab... or you could just Tone Match the guitar (or instrument in question) and export the IR into a cab block and put that close to the input... that would actually work pretty good!
 
Yes I wanted to do that, and it works. Getting a much better sound with my pseudo-acoustic preset now, in which I don't even use an amp or cab bloc. I used King's X "The big picture" ending for that, love that electro acoustic sound. Soon I'll match my Ibanez in pickup position 4 to a Fender Strat
