The headstock survived

Oh man, hope the back of that guitar's neck didn't get dinged up.

Kinda surprised that Les Paul's headstock didn't explode like a party popper though.

Kinda surprised that Les Paul's headstock didn't explode like a party popper though.

Sometimes headstocks snap just by looking at them. And sometimes you can take a LP into a bar fight, hell bent on breaking it, and it won't. I guess it wasn't its time to snap yet. Still, exceptions to the rule do not invalidate it.

Because they don't take themselves too seriously and can laugh at themselves. An admirable trait.
