System params reset occasionally

Happened a bunch of times now. I have to go to my last used preset manually, set the input pad correctly, out 2 echo and some other stuff every time it happens.

Do I have to send it to repair? Its been on the road a lot so I guess something scrambled?
Anyone know enough to know whats causing it, if it could be fixed manually? Also, how long is the warranty on these babies?

IIRC this also can happen on any save operation. In other words: always wait at least 30 seconds with powering off the AX8 after a SAVE operation.

Also, how long is the warranty on these babies?

1 year, unless you purchased the extended 3 year.

This may also happen on preset change from my experience:
After switching the preset I wait roughly 5 sec before disconnecting the AX8 from power. I experienced that, after immediately changing the preset and powering off system configuration is resetted.

I need a 'do not power down now' symbol
