Summary of distortion controls

In another thread, someone was remarking about how they couldn't keep their clean amps clean. I was thinking that it might be useful to list the various controls that can add or control distortion.

Someone feel free to add to or correct me here:

Drive / Master / Trim / Global trim / boost / input level
Bright / bright cap size / Tone controls
Xformer match and drive
Bias
Tube Hardness
Damping
Speaker drive
Motor drive
Saturation switch
Speaker tab controls (?)
grid modeling (?)

What am I missing?

Missing the critical tone balance drives that control distortion character:

Amp low freq is one of my most used controls - it reduces low-end drive for cleaner sounding bottom strings and saturated higher notes. IIRC, the high freq control doesn't work the same way (intentionally) - it's post-drive.

The new definition control seems very powerful as well. It controls the balance of low and high-end drive.
