Strat John Mayer-esque tones, different gain stages

So, these are some great sounding patches.

I like to run both out 1 and out 2 (through a Fryette 2.90.2) so need to insert an FX Loop somewhere....Any advice on how to adapt a patch like this to be able to go direct as well as to a power amp/cab at the same time?

Thank you for the Christmas presents. I have a Strat (the no longer manufactured Hendrix model with the reverse head stock) and these gifts sound wondrous. I very much appreciate your diligence in pursuing the ultimate tone!
 
If anyone is looking for some great low output Strat pickups, Google Jesse Davey pickups, they are badass. The lower the output on pickups, you'll get a more pronounced sound and your notes will be clear and not muddy.
